The Drawing Project.

Our first project was the Drawing Project which we had to create 100 A6 drawings/ experimentations as an introduction to the Fine Art degree. The theme for the drawing project was "what's in my pocket" so we had such a wide variety of objects we could draw. We needed to choose 2 objects and draw 40 of each object. For the first 40 A6 drawings; I chose a simple flower and for the second part I chose a leaf. I really enjoyed this first project as everyone could show what they are interested in and show your skills. The one thing I did find difficult was the time management as I found it quite difficult to produce 100 drawings within one week.

My definition to what drawing is the lines we make with media  we and I learnt it can be anything from paint to drawing with food. You can be creative as you want and take how long you want to draw something.  Before starting this module I thought that drawing meant just drawing a sketch with a pencil and  also making it a  quick sketch but also it can be one of the key parts to you're work and can  be  just as valuable  as a piece  you might have spent longer on. Over all from this module iv'e learnt so much about what drawing means and has so much more meaning than I thought at the start of this year.
